Job Title: Hardware Validation Engineer / Manufacturing Test Engineer/ R&D Engineer Location: Santa Rosa, CA Duration: 12+ months Pay Rate: $50/hr - $58/hr W2 Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMRole Summary: We are seeking a hands-on engineer with experience in hardware validation and manufacturing test automation. This role is focused on developing and supporting test solutions for new products, with strong emphasis on validation, verification, and C++-based test development.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement manufacturing test processes to validate new product functionality.Develop test automation solutions for hardware validation and verification.Work closely with engineering teams to support product bring-up, debugging, and test execution.Use C++ and other object-oriented languages to build test software and tools.Support time-domain measurements and work with relevant test equipment as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.Required Skills:Hands-on experience in hardware validation and manufacturing test automation.Strong proficiency in C++, with exposure to C, C#, Java, or Python as a plus.Background in electronics, electrical engineering, embedded systems, firmware, PCB, or circuitry.Experience with test development, validation, and verification.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.. know more about current opportunities at LeadStack , please visit us on https://leadstackinc.com/careers/ Should you have any questions, feel free to call me on (513) 3184502 or send an email on waseem.ahmad@leadstackinc.comm
