We win when we earn the trust and ongoing partnership of our clients, and we do that by continually finding better ways to collaborate within the Financial Services ecosystem.Role OverviewSaasinct is seeking a Salesforce Solution Engineer to support the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Financial Services clients.This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, Salesforce configuration, solution documentation, testing, and client enablement. You will work closely with clients and internal team members to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help build practical Salesforce solutions that improve how teams work.This is a strong opportunity for someone who is early-to-mid career, hands-on, and eager to grow into deeper Salesforce consulting ownership. The right person is curious, coachable, and energized by doing the work, gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, documenting clearly, testing thoughtfully, and helping clients understand what was built and why.We are looking for someone who wants meaningful client exposure, real delivery responsibility, and the chance to build their craft inside a growing Salesforce partner.What You'll Be DoingWork with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirementsTranslate discovery findings into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution documentationSupport Salesforce configurations and features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, permissions, and role hierarchiesSupport implementations across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related partner solutionsParticipate in solution design conversations and help document gaps, risks, dependencies, and follow-up itemsSupport data management activities, including data structure documentation, migration preparation, data quality review, and reporting needsCreate and maintain documentation including user stories, test scripts, training materials, process maps, configuration notes, and client-facing guidesParticipate in testing activities, including UAT planning, test case preparation, issue tracking, and defect resolution supportSupport client training, enablement, and post-launch supportContribute to Saasinct's internal delivery practices by identifying better ways to document, configure, test, and support Salesforce workWhat You Bring2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, configuration, business analysis, implementation, or consultingExperience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Salesforce configuration and functional solutionsStrong understanding of Salesforce declarative configuration and platform capabilitiesAbility to communicate clearly with clients, business users, technical teams, and internal stakeholdersA solid Salesforce Admin foundation with a desire to build technical depthComfort working in a growth-stage environment where you may need to create clarity, improve process, and operate without heavy structureCuriosity and willingness to learn quickly across Salesforce products, Financial Services workflows, and partner solutionsA practical, client-centered mindset with the ability to balance what is technically possible with what is useful, adoptable, and sustainableYou are someone who: Wants to become excellent at Salesforce consultingTakes pride in the details and follows through without repeat requestsAsks good questions and is comfortable saying, "I need to learn more"Enjoys translating messy business needs into clear requirements and practical solutionsWorks well in a small team where people help each other and sometimes cross lanesLooks for better ways to do the work as the company continues to growNice to HaveSalesforce certifications (Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant)Experience with Financial Services CloudExposure to data migration, integrations, reporting, dashboards, or managed servicesPrior consulting or professional services experienceGrow With UsBe part of a growing Salesforce partner where your work and ideas directly impact our trajectoryHelp shape how we serve clients and show up in the Salesforce ecosystemGain meaningful exposure to leadership and company strategyTake real ownership in a collaborative, people-centered teamBuild deeper expertise across Salesforce, Financial Services, and partner solutionsCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentivesHealth, dental, and vision coverage & 401(k) matchSalesforce certification support and professional developmentEligibility RequirementsLocation: Remote (US)Experience: Prior Salesforce ecosystem experience required; Financial Services exposure preferred (Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Private Equity)Travel: Limited travel may be required for client, team, or Salesforce ecosystem eventsMust be a US citizen or permanent resident
