They’re now looking to hire a Founding Solutions Engineer to establish their US presence and become the technical face of the business across enterprise customers.This is a genuinely high-impact, builder role. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, engineering, and product—owning how customers understand, implement, and succeed with the platform. The product is already live and used at scale, so you’ll be focused on driving real-world adoption, not hypotheticals.If you enjoy APIs, integrations, and working directly with customers to solve complex problems, this is a strong opportunity to step into a founding-level position.Role OverviewYou’ll join the New York team (on-site) as the first Solutions Engineer in the US, taking ownership of the full technical customer journey—from early discovery through to implementation and go-live.Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you’ll act as the trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers. It’s well suited to someone who likes combining hands-on technical work with customer interaction, and who’s comfortable operating with a high level of ownership.What You’ll Be DoingLeading the technical sales cycle end-to-end, supporting deals from first conversation through to close. Running demos and deep dives, translating customer requirements into practical integration solutions. Designing technical proposals across architecture, security, and implementation. Partnering with Account Executives on complex, high-value deals. Owning implementations—taking customers from proof of concept to production. Acting as the go-to escalation point for API and integration challenges. Building out the technical toolkit: demo environments, Python/Node.js code samples, and Postman collections. Creating clear, customer-facing documentation and technical assets. Establishing repeatable processes and playbooks as the function scales. Working closely with Product and Engineering to feed back customer insights.What They’re Looking For4+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role. Strong experience working with APIs—comfortable building, testing, and debugging integrations. Confident communicator, able to engage both engineers and senior stakeholders. Experience creating technical documentation and customer-facing materials. Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership.
