Responsibilities Design and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering core web development topics such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, C++, Python, R, and JavaScript frameworks like React Express Facilitate interactive classroom sessions that promote active learning and student engagement Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments; provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement Incorporate various teaching tools and platforms such as Blackboard to enhance the learning experience Adapt instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and experience levels among adult learners Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages collaboration and curiosity Maintain detailed records of student attendance, participation, and performance for reporting purposes Experience Proven experience in web development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java, C++, Python, R, and related technologies Prior classroom or training experience in adult education or technical instruction preferred Strong understanding of lesson planning and curriculum development tailored for adult learners Familiarity with educational platforms such as Blackboard or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS) Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to motivate students and foster an engaging learning environment Join us to inspire the next generation of software developers!
