Key ResponsibilitiesClean and prepare job sites for daily work activitiesAssist the safety team in maintaining a safe work environmentHandle, move, and organize materials throughout the job siteSupport carpenters and field supervisors with assigned tasks and projectsLoad and unload deliveries, materials, tools, and equipmentAssist with daily construction activities on residential and commercial job sitesPerform site cleanup and maintain orderly work areasOperate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelyProvide support to skilled trades as neededFollow all company safety procedures and job site rules RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of construction experienceGeneral knowledge of construction practices, job site safety, and proper tool usageAbility to provide dependable support to field supervisionStrong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills on the job siteMust be able to lift at least 50 poundsMust be physically agile and mobile, remain alert, and stand or walk for extended periodsMust be able to use hands, fingers, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate materials and toolsMust be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and other elevated surfacesMust be comfortable working on uneven surfaces and at heightsMust be able to read and write effectivelyMust have adequate vision and hearing, with or without correctionMust be able to lift and carry materials of various shapes and sizes weighing 50–100 pounds up to 75% of the time
