Lead Java Developer

Overview In this role you will design and deliver scalable, API-driven microservices to support Schwab's Thematic Investing platform. You will work closely with architects, product teams, and engineers to balance technical excellence with collaborative development and mentorship. You’ll focus on reliability, performance, and evolution of the core services that enable client-focused investment themes.
