The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting Discovery solutions in enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow Discovery solutions, including MID Server configuration, Probes, Sensors, and PatternsServe as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow Discovery, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting supportAnalyze and resolve complex Discovery-related issues and ensure smooth platform performanceWork extensively with agentless and agent-based DiscoverySupport and enhance CMDB and ITOM processes within ServiceNowCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsDevelop integrations and customizations using JavaScript, XML, and APIsWork independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementationStrong hands-on experience with ServiceNow DiscoveryGood understanding of CMDB and ITOMStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and applicationsProficiency in JavaScript, XML, and API developmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsActive ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is requiredPreferred QualificationsCIS Discovery certificationExperience working in enterprise ServiceNow environments
