Join a collaborative team of 10 physicians and 20 CRNAs. Coverage provided at two local hospitals, with optional shifts at a nearby third facility. Case mixes include all procedures, including light cardiac. Call schedule: 1 in 4, with resident involvement. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $625,000 with incentive potential up to $650,000. Retention bonus after one year. Path to partnership with salary increase after two years.
