Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Atlanta, Georgia (Projects throughout the Southeast)Market Focus: Ground-Up Mid-Rise & High-Rise HospitalityStructure Types: Concrete, Steel, MasonryPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager based in Atlanta, GA to lead ground-up hospitality projects throughout the Southeast. This role requires a proven leader who has successfully managed at least two mid-rise or high-rise hotel projects from preconstruction through closeout.The ideal candidate brings strong experience with structural systems including cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, and masonry, and has personally developed and maintained detailed project schedules in any recognized format (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, CPM-based schedules, etc.).This position requires periodic travel throughout the Southeastern United States.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through final completionManage at least two ground-up mid-rise or high-rise hotel projects simultaneously or sequentiallyDevelop, maintain, and update project schedules (CPM or equivalent format)Oversee structural scopes including foundations, elevated slabs, steel erection, and masonry systemsManage budgets, cost controls, change orders, and financial reportingCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal officialsLead subcontractor buyout, negotiations, and performance managementConduct OAC meetings and provide regular project updates to leadershipIdentify and mitigate risk related to schedule, procurement, and structural sequencingEnsure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual requirementsRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience with a commercial General ContractorDemonstrated experience managing at least two ground-up mid-rise or high-rise hotel projectsStrong experience with structural systems:Cast-in-place concreteStructural steelMasonry constructionExperience creating and managing a project schedule in any format (P6, MS Project, CPM, or similar)Proven ability to manage budgets and projects in the $10M+ rangeStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, particularly structural and envelope coordinationWillingness and ability to travel throughout the SoutheastPreferred QualificationsBackground in hospitality brand standards and franchise coordinationExperience working on projects 4+ stories in heightDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldKey CompetenciesStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesAdvanced problem-solving and risk mitigation skillsAbility to drive schedule and maintain financial accountabilityHighly organized and detail-oriented#IND1
