The successful candidate will be a well-rounded financial services executive with a proven track record in transformational leadership within a dynamic and evolving organization. Key responsibilities for the role include directing all organizational activities, serving as the thought leader and visionary, and working with the Board to establish and execute a strategic plan. The role also involves guiding and supporting the Bank Presidents and Executive Management, as well as developing strong relationships with potential new affiliate banks. The ideal candidate will have a multifaceted financial services background, with exposure to lending, finance, IT and digital fluency, retail, operations, marketing, wealth management, and a solid understanding of credit, risk management, and regulatory compliance. A successful candidate will be a visionary change agent, a strategic partner, and will possess outstanding leadership, management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. A demonstrated commitment to mutuality and a track record of active community and industry involvement are strongly preferred.
