Survey Project Manager

Position OverviewThe Survey Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of survey projects, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing survey teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead multiple survey projects from inception to completionCoordinate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverablesSupervise and mentor survey teams to ensure high-quality workPrepare and review survey plans, reports, and legal descriptionsEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsConduct field surveys and assist in data collection as neededDevelop project budgets and timelines, and monitor progress against these metricsEvaluate and implement new survey technologies and methodologies to improve efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferredProfessional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure or LSIT preferredExperience with ALTA, topographic, and boundary surveysStrong knowledge of survey equipment and softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesBenefitsCompensation: $100k-160k/yearMedicalDentalVisionPaid Time OffHolidays Off401(k)
