Position Summary:AAA United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Tukwila, WA that is a leading global aerospace company and top U.S. exporter, Boeing develops, manufactures and services commercial airplanes, defense products and space systems for customers in more than 150 countries.Essential Function:Authors Non-Destructive Test (NDT) procedures.Incorporates revisions authored by method Responsible Level III in the standard procedure review process.Develops Computer Assisted Drawings (CAD) of specialized calibration standard.Performs setup for non-destructive test or measurement equipment to calibration standards.Composes procedure Figures providing information on inspection location, geometry, accessibility, probe /transducer placement, and notch signal response.Reports potential adverse trends or anomalous results. Requirements:1+ years of education or experience in NDI (non-destructive inspection) or NDT (non-destructive test).Proficient in MS Office Suite.Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, and occasional weekends if necessary.Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.Ability to work in confined spaces.Preferred Skills:3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.800 hours of Ultrasonic Testing (UT).300 hours of Ultrasonic Shear-Wave Testing.800 hours of Eddy Current Testing (ET).Experience with CAD Software• Experience writing UT & ET techniques and inspection procedures.About the Company
