Position Overview Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking entrepreneurial Healthcare Physician Recruiters to build and manage their own recruiting desk in a fully remote environment. This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity designed for experienced recruiters who are comfortable working independently, sourcing their own candidates, and driving placements. Recruiters will focus primarily on physician placements, travel nurses, and medical sales roles nationwide. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage your own personal recruiting desk Execute full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through candidate presentation and placement Headhunt physicians, travel nurses, and medical sales professionals through proactive outreach, networking, and job platforms Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates Conduct candidate screening, credential verification, and qualification assessments Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiation and placement Maintain accurate records within the company ATS and recruiting systems Develop long-term relationships with healthcare professionals for repeat placements Qualifications Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals: Physicians, Travel Nurses, Med Sales Demonstrated ability to source and headhunt candidates independently (leads will not be provided) Comfortable managing a full recruiting desk in a commission-only environment Strong communication, organization, and candidate engagement skills Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work fully remote Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS platforms Must be located in USA Performance Expectations Recruiters are expected to produce a minimum of one successful placement per month Compensation 1099 independent contractor role Commission-only structure with competitive industry splits Unlimited earning potential based on placements Why Join Purple Cow Recruiting Established recruiting firm founded in 2016 Certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Fully remote work environment Leadership based in Colorado and Kentucky Opportunity to recruit across physicians, travel nursing, and medical sales roles Flexible structure for recruiters looking to build and grow their own desk within a collaborative team environment Purple Cow Recruiting is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds.
