Sales Representative

Please review thoroughly before submitting your application. • Company Overview A growing distribution-related company is seeking a Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and develop new business across a multi-state Midwest territory. This role is intended to support customers in the Korean market, while also collaborating closely with internal sales and product teams. Position Summary The Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting sales growth within the assigned territory. The role involves customer visits, product introductions, order support, needs assessment, and problem-solving. Overnight out-of-state travel is required approximately 4-6 days per month. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support existing customer accounts, including order intake, product guidance, needs assessment, and issue-resolution supportDevelop new customer accounts and identify potential sales opportunitiesCommunicate customer needs, market feedback, and sales activity with the internal sales teamSupport new product development by sharing customer and market insightsAssist with additional sales-related tasks as neededTravel within the assigned territory, including overnight out-of-state travel approximately 4-6 days per month Qualifications Required:English language abilityKorean or Japanese language abilityAbility and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territoryValid driver's license and ability to operate a company-provided vehicle as requiredStrong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills Preferred:Prior sales experienceExperience working with Korean market customers or multicultural customer basesExperience in distribution, wholesale, food, consumer goods, or related industries Other DetailsAssigned territory includes multiple Midwest states such as IL, WI, MN, NE, MO, KS, IA, KY, IN, OH, and MICompany vehicle, PC, and mobile phone will be providedRole is intended to support the Korean market customer base • This role may include additional responsibilities as needed based on business needs.• Application Form
