We partner with them by providing solutions that are designed to perform consistently, safely, and efficiently in the field.We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support and grow our Oil & Gas business by serving as a key point of contact for customers across the region. This role focuses on strengthening existing relationships while identifying new opportunities where our products and services can add value. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their operations and align solutions to their specific needs.This is a field-based position for someone who enjoys autonomy, travel within their territory, and direct customer engagement. While primarily on the road, you’ll also collaborate with internal teams and attend occasional in-office meetings to ensure customer success and continued growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESTerritory & Revenue GrowthOwn and grow an assigned Oil & Gas territory through a mix of existing account expansion and new business developmentDevelop and execute territory plans to increase revenue and market shareProspect, qualify, and convert new accounts through on-site visits, networking, referrals, and strategic outreachManage pipeline activity and consistently meet or exceed sales targetsCustomer Engagement & Technical SalesBuild strong, long-term relationships by acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisorIdentify customer challenges and recommend appropriate products or application-based solutionsConduct in-person sales meetings, plant tours, and product demonstrationsSupport customers through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through implementationCollaboration, Planning & ReportingPartner with internal teams including engineering, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless solution deliveryMaintain accurate records of customer activity, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM toolsProvide sales forecasts and territory updates to leadershipStay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and product knowledgeQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree required, Engineering, Technical, or Business-related field preferredMinimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within industrial manufacturing, distribution, or technical productsStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand product applications and customer processesProven consultative selling skills with a solution-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based roleStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory*Corporate Resources has been hired by our client to recruit for this open position and any/all other positions as requested and posted.
