Foreman (Commercial Waterproofing)

Hourly rate $26-$29 per hourPosition Summary:We are seeking a hands-on, experienced Foreman to lead commercial painting and waterproofing crews. The Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring work is performed safely, on time, and according to scope and quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, bilingual preferred, leadership in the field, experience with high rise/multi-family commercial projects and the ability to drive production while maintaining professionalism and accountability.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate crew members on commercial painting and waterproofing projectsEnsure work is completed to company and manufacturer specificationsMaintain a safe work environment, enforcing all PPE and OSHA requirementsCommunicate clearly with project managers, superintendents, and clientsRead and interpret plans, scopes of work, and safety documentsManage and track daily progress, hours, and material usageEnsure all materials and tools are on-site and ready prior to daily startPerform hands-on tasks as needed, assisting crews with painting and waterproofing applicationConduct quality control checks and correct deficiencies in the fieldParticipate in and lead jobsite safety meetingsAttend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and represent the paint/waterproofing scopeUse iPad and digital tools to complete reports, timesheets, and job updates
