Launch is committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences through a team-focused and innovative approach.Role DescriptionThe Restaurant/Cafe Manager at Launch Family Entertainment Park is a full-time, on-site position located in Riverdale, NJ. The manager will oversee daily operations of the cafe, including supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving excellent customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include staff scheduling, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting sales and promotional initiatives.QualificationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skills to foster positive guest experiences and effectively manage a teamProficiency in Food & Beverage and Food Service management, including safety compliance and inventory controlExperience in Sales to drive cafe performance and meet revenue goalsLeadership and team management experienceCapability to work in a fast-paced, family-friendly environmentHigh school diploma or above; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plusPrevious experience in a restaurant, cafe, or similar environment is highly desirableAble to communicate clearly with customers and other employeesAble to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 poundsBe able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)Able to see clearly (with or without glasses) to read, interpret and understand recipes, menus, food orders, packing slips, etc.Able to hear and speak effectivelyAble to sense degrees of temperature
