Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with an automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Purchasing Planning Administration Specialist. This role is responsible for supporting purchasing operations through supplier coordination, purchasing data management, and internal process administration. The ideal candidate will assist with program tracking, cost management activities, and cross-functional purchasing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Job DutiesMaintain purchasing data files and documentationCoordinate supplier data requests and survey trackingManage pricing updates and resolve discrepanciesSupport purchasing procedures, audits, and compliance activitiesTrack purchasing projects and new program launch activitiesReport project status and task completion to managementPartner with internal teams and manufacturing plants to support operationsRequired Skills & Experience2–3 years of purchasing or procurement experienceStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience managing purchasing data and documentationBachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related fieldExperience in the Automotive industry Program or project coordination experienceFamiliarity with IATF or internal process complianceExperience supporting supplier coordination and pricing managementBlue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
