Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Casino Host located in Portsmouth, VA. The Senior Executive Casino Host will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with VIP players, identifying new player development opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. Day-to-day duties include fostering guest loyalty, executing player retention initiatives, monitoring player feedback, and collaborating with colleagues to create personalized gaming experiences. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with guests.Experience in Player Development and Casino Marketing to engage with existing and potential customers effectively.Proven expertise in Sales with a focus on achieving targeted revenue and fostering customer loyalty.Ability to work in a high-energy environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Proficiency in maintaining player tracking systems and generating performance reports is a plus.Prior experience in the hospitality or gaming industry is highly beneficial.Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
