Technical Manager

We are partnering with a client to find an experienced Technical Manager lead a technical team focused on 3D modeling, drafting, and engineering documentation. This role is well-suited for a hands-on leader who can drive day-to-day execution, support team development, and ensure high-quality deliverables.The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in design and documentation, along with the ability to provide clear direction, manage priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team responsible for 3D modeling, drafting, and engineering deliverablesOversee the creation and review of technical drawings, models, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistencyProvide guidance on design standards and help resolve complex modeling challengesManage workflows, assign priorities, and track project progress to meet deadlinesEstablish and maintain quality standards for engineering documentationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align deliverables with overall project goalsQualifications:Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams in engineering, drafting, or design environmentsStrong background in 3D modeling, drafting, and technical documentationHands-on experience with AutoCAD; familiarity with SolidWorks preferredExposure to 3D rendering tools is a plusStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and qualityExcellent communication, organization, and prioritization skillsRobert Half works to put you in the best position to succeed.
