A company is looking for a Technology and Commercial Contracts Attorney (Remote). Key Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial contracts and technology agreements Engage with leading corporations across multiple industries on technology and commercial contracting matters Provide legal expertise in areas such as software licensing, cloud technology, and nondisclosure agreements Required Qualifications 4+ years of technology and commercial contracts experience Significant experience with complex technology transaction agreements Prior experience at a large corporate law firm, sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company preferred Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence Excellent academic credentials and outstanding references
