Corporate Counsel - Contracts (Mid-Level)
LHH Recruitment is seeking a Mid-Level Contracts Attorney for our client with offices in Riverside and the City of Industry, CA. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and operational teams, assisting with deals from concept to execution while helping the business' continued and sustainable growth.You will be responsible for drafting, negotiation, and finalization of contracts—where your judgment shapes real business outcomes offering a combination of impact, autonomy, and a sustainable pace.Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including service, rental, vendor, and construction contractsPartner closely with business leaders to provide practical, solution-oriented advice on contract terms and riskSupport disputes and coordinate with outside counsel when neededHelp strengthen contract management processes and supplier compliance effortsContribute to insurance and risk management strategies that protect and support the businessWhat You BringJuris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law schoolActive state bar license in good standing3+ years of experience in contract negotiation and transactional law (law firm experience considered)A pragmatic, business-focused approach to legal problem-solvingStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teamsWillingness to work onsite with a flexible, multi-location structureWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to step into a role where legal work is not siloed—you’ll be embedded in the business, influencing decisions, building relationships, and seeing the direct results of your efforts.
