Marketing Coordinator
We’re Hiring: Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (Roughly 20 hrs/week contract role)Watson is looking for a marketer to help shape and share our voice with the world.This is a role for someone who can translate ideas into high-performing content that feels considered, compelling, and culturally aware. From social media to print storytelling, you’ll help bring our work, our thinking, and our point of view to life across channels and marketing touchpoints. What you’ll doEstablish a content strategy and content calendarManage and grow Watson’s social media presence across platformsIdentify opportunities to engage with culture, clients, and community in meaningful waysConcept, create, and publish content that reflects the Watson voice (short-form, long-form, visual, editorial)Build and and send Watson’s email newsletterManage periodic print mailing campaignsCoordinate submissions for design awardsCreate list of publications for PR outreachUpdate CRM and create tracking reportsRecommend updates to Watson’s martech stackCreate a monthly Performance & Impact report for Watson’s leadership teamWhat you bringExperience in marketing, social media and content creationA strong eye and a strong point of view—on brand, design, culture, and storytellingThe ability to move between strategy and execution with easeException writing and visual storytelling skillsExperience with CRM systems and email marketing platformsAn early adopter mindset and willingness to experiment with new technologiesA natural curiosity and a bias toward ideas that stand outExperience in luxury, art, real estate or hospitality is a plusAt Watson, we create brands that spark culture, move markets and shape what’s next.
