Communications Manager

Role OverviewWe’re looking for a communications leader to drive the execution, amplification, and creative operationalization of this brand’s global campaigns. This role sits at the center of creative, media, and market execution, ensuring campaigns are deployed with excellence, aligned across markets, and optimized for impact. Partnering closely with internal teams, agency partners, and markets, this role will help bring the brand’s global creative vision to life through strong operational leadership, creative collaboration, and disciplined execution. What You’ll DoCommunications ExecutionLead the end-to-end execution of global campaigns across markets, ensuring strong deployment, alignment, and in-market excellenceOversee campaign asset cascade, market communication, and ongoing support during live activationsManage communications agency partners, including timelines, deliverables, workflows, and executional processesOwn mid-funnel content development in partnership with our in-house agency and cross-functional teamsLead strategy and operations for our creative studio, including key priorities, content planning, end-to-end creative process management, and final creative approvalsEnsure consistency and quality across all communications outputs and campaign assetsMedia Strategy, Planning & ExecutionPartner with Global Media teams to develop media strategies for major campaigns and initiativesLead reviews and approvals of campaign media plans to ensure alignment with brand objectives and communications strategyTrack and monitor the execution of global media strategy across marketsSupport markets with alignment, follow-ups, and optimization opportunities to maximize campaign effectiveness and consistency globallyCreativity ManagementDrive operational excellence across the brand’s creative development process and key creative initiatives, including global programsPartner closely with the Communications Director to shape and elevate creative ideas and campaign developmentHelp ensure creative work is delivered efficiently, consistently, and at the highest quality standardsFacilitate strong collaboration across creative, media, production, and agency partners to bring ideas to life effectivelyWhat You’ll Need3+ years of experience in communications, media, social media, or creative agenciesStrong creative acumen with the ability to support creative development and campaign execution processesHighly organized and process-driven, with strong attention to detail and executional rigorProven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external agency partners effectivelyStrong collaboration and communication skills across different functions and profilesDemonstrated ability to influence and align markets within a global organizationComfortable operating in fast-paced, highly cross-functional environments with multiple priorities simultaneouslySalary range: $160k-180k annually + bonus
