In this role, you will monitor shipments end-to-end, proactively manage exceptions, and collaborate closely with internal teams, service partners, and airlines to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-quality service for our customers.This position is ideal for logistics professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and are passionate about delivering excellence in healthcare logistics.How you create impactMonitor and track healthcare and life sciences shipments through active alarm management and milestone verificationEnsure all time- and temperature-sensitive shipments remain compliant throughout transitCommunicate effectively with airlines, carriers, and service partners to resolve issues and maintain service standardsCollaborate closely with Customer Service, CRMs, and Key Account Managers to maximize client satisfactionIdentify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies or service disruptions, keeping management and customers informedManage inbound bookings and operational inquiries through shared mailboxes and phone communicationMaintain accurate shipment documentation in compliance with country regulations, GDP, and ISO requirementsSupport quality control processes by identifying gaps and recommending service or productivity improvementsUtilize internal systems (including Quick Enterprise systems and QuickTrac) to ensure operational accuracyPromote teamwork, professionalism, and adherence to company policies and training requirementsShift: Sunday to Thursday, 1:00pm-9:00pm or 9:00pm-5:00amWhat we would like you to bring2+ years of experience in air courier, freight forwarding, or logistics operations (healthcare or cold chain preferred)Strong understanding of time-critical, temperature-controlled, or biopharmaceutical shipmentsProficiency in MS Office and logistics operating systems; strong written and verbal English skills requiredAbility to work under pressure with flexibility for off-hours schedules, including evenings or holidays as neededIATA Dangerous Goods certification and second-language fluency are strong assetsThis position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship.
