At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine.How you create impactThe Global Pricing Analyst is responsible for delivering comprehensive pricing solutions for customers by partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders. This role oversees the execution of the global pricing process, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all activities. The Analyst will evaluate data from multiple sources, develop pricing models, and support senior decision‑makers by offering insights that balance competitiveness, margins, and overall commercial strategy.Ensure full execution and adherence to the Global Pricing Process.Analyze assigned RFQs and identify any special requirements.Launch directly controlled RFQs and manage end‑to‑end completion.Maintain full accountability for the completion and accuracy of assigned RFQs.Perform data‑quality checks prior to final submission.Provide timely, accurate responses to global RFQs.Maintain bunker formulas and rate adjustments (index management).Ensure accuracy and completeness of all relevant statistics.Maintain and update TQT/SeaTender database elements.What we would like you to bring5+ years of experience in seafreight pricing.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping, or Logistics preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical skills, including the ability to examine data from multiple sources and develop accurate pricing models.Solid organizational capability with strength in prioritizing, planning, and executing tasks in a fast‑paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and serve as a trusted team member.Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into practical operational execution.Confidence in making complex decisions, taking ownership, and managing risk responsibly.Strong business acumen, including influencing, negotiating, and problem‑solving to support revenue growth and maintain profitability.High mathematical aptitude to support pricing calculations and provide sound financial insights to decision‑makers.Ability to manage time effectively, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines with resilience and high energy.This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
