Barista

We are hiring for either full-time or part-time morning Baristas. The weekday shifts will start at 7am and end at 4pm. The weekend shifts will start at 8:30am and end at 4pm. Baristas are true professionals who understand tea and coffee and the steps of service necessary to serve them. They have a high level of understanding for guest relations and the ability to train the dining room team through all aspects of our cycle of service. They possess a commanding knowledge of tea categories, techniques and theory, and have a thorough understanding of how to set up their station for success.
