A Leading Manufacturing Company located in Northern Morris County, NJ is searching for a hands-on Controller who will have the following responsibilities:Lead and oversee all corporate accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, financial reporting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, tax, and compliance. Direct the preparation, review, and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements. Establish, implement, and maintain a strong internal control environment to ensure compliance with corporate policies, audit standards, and legal/regulatory guidelines. Oversee the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning to support strategic business objectives and operational growth. Provide financial analysis, reporting, and actionable insights to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making, profitability, and resource optimization. Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, and liquidity planning to support financial stability and capital efficiency. Partner cross-functionally with operations and senior leadership to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and develop solutions that improve financial results. Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to strengthen accounting operations, improve accuracy, and support scalability. Serve as a strategic business partner to the executive team, advising on growth initiatives, capital allocation, risk management, and overall financial strategy.Qualified candidates for the Controller role should possess:A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 10+ years of experience Excellent Microsoft Excel skills required.The total compensation range for this opportunity is $160,000 to $180,000 plus bonus with excellent benefits.
