This executive will be responsible for strategic planning, creation, design, launch, and lifecycle management of the product offering, with a focus on driving growth through innovation and the use of AI and automation. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end platforms and products that enable the mortgage offering, from client-facing applications to loan origination products. The successful candidate will be expected to possess a deep understanding of the mortgage business, its processes, and regulatory complexities, and to collaborate closely with global and regional teams to align product strategy.Key responsibilities for the Head of US Mortgage Product include setting and executing the product strategy vision, leading the development and enhancement of mortgage financial products, coaching the product team, conducting competitive analysis, and ensuring the team champions the client experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in end-to-end product management within the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of transformation and the ability to lead a large team.
