General LaborerWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to support production, warehouse, and facility operations. This role is responsible for material handling, packaging, inventory support, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Candidates should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to perform physical work in a manufacturing setting.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble cartons and prepare products for packaging and shipmentPack, label, and organize finished goodsMove materials between receiving, storage, and production areasAssist with inventory counts and inventory organizationMaintain cleanliness of work areas, including sweeping, trash removal, and general housekeepingFollow all company safety policies and proceduresReport quality concerns, discrepancies, or operational issues to managementSupport production and warehouse operations as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious manufacturing or warehouse experience preferredAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and dependabilityGood communication and organizational skillsPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods throughout the workdayAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 poundsAbility to bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasksComfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environmentEqual Opportunity EmployerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity in our workforce.Pay Details: $18.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
