Prior leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-facing environment? Strong communication and team leadership skills? Comfortable giving direct feedback and holding standards? Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure? Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable? Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays?
