Our team works in person, five days a week, across San Francisco, New York City, and London.About the RoleAs a Senior Growth Lead, you will own candidate pipeline performance end-to-end for some of our most critical initiatives. You’ll operate with high autonomy while leading a pod of Growth Associates, making key decisions across prioritization, sourcing strategy, and execution.This role is ideal for someone who has mastered outbound and growth fundamentals and is ready to take ownership of outcomes—while still staying hands-on.What You’ll DoOwn Expert Sourcing Pods: Lead sourcing efforts across key projects, accountable for quality, speed, and throughputManage Capacity & Throughput: Balance your workload and your team’s capacity to consistently meet demandScale & Optimize Channels: Test, evaluate, and expand sourcing channels to maximize efficiency and outputBuild Expert Relationships: Develop strong relationships with high-performing experts to drive repeat engagementOversee Talent Pipelines: Manage multiple pipelines end-to-end, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecksCollaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Project teams to align sourcing with business needsDrive Growth Outcomes: Ensure sourcing directly supports revenue and scalable deliveryWhat We’re Looking ForExperience:3–5 years in GTM, outbound sales, or growth rolesProven success owning pipelines and delivering results at scaleStrong experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, or similarSkills & Mindset:Sharp judgment and prioritization under pressureData-driven approach to tracking and optimizing funnel performanceStrong communication and relationship-building skillsHighly self-directed and comfortable with ambiguityThrives in fast-paced, performance-oriented environmentsNice to Have:Experience mentoring or onboarding junior team membersBackground in marketplaces, platforms, or two-sided businessesExperience collaborating with technical teamsBenefits$160 - 180 + generous equity (4-year vest)$20K relocation bonus (Bay Area)$10K housing bonus (within 0.5 miles of office)$1K monthly meal stipendComplimentary Equinox membershipComprehensive health insuranceIf you’re excited to help shape how human expertise powers the next generation of AI—and want to operate with ownership in a high-impact role—we’d love to hear from you.
