You will oversee the full Technical Consultant team, a group of highly skilled experts with deep knowledge of Ramp's products, industry standards, accounting practices, and ERP systems.You'll own the development and execution of strategies that build trust and confidence with customers, guiding your team to unlock key technical activation milestones and lead complex integration workflows. Working closely with Ramp's Customer Success and Account Management leaders, you will define and scale the end-to-end Technical Consulting motion, including implementation, expansion, and renewal strategies that drive full adoption of the Ramp platform for our key customers.As a go‐to‐market leader, you will act as the executive owner of Ramp's technical post‐sales motion, serving as a technical and financial thought leader for customers and internal teams alike.
