We're looking for a talented AI Agent Engineer who's already gotten their hands dirty with LLMs and is ready to make their mark in cybersecurity. You'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and enterprise-scale impact, building agents that actually ship and make a difference. This isn't about theoretical AI – it's about creating solutions that protect organizations worldwide.What You'll Do:Own the full lifecycle: from prototype to production deploymentLead development of AI agents using modern frameworks (vLLM, SGLang)Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering and fine-tuningDesign scalable solutions that balance cost, performance, and securityCollaborate with teams to transform enterprise workflowsYour Technical Foundation Should Include:Agent Development:Experience building and deploying LLM-based agentsUnderstanding of prompt engineering fundamentalsExposure to fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA)Basic knowledge of evaluation frameworksCore Skills:Strong Python chopsFamiliarity with deployment frameworks (vLLM, SGLang, FastAPI)Experience with modern LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)What Makes You Stand Out:You've built and shipped AI agents beyond tutorial projectsYou're comfortable with rapid prototyping and iterationYou understand the importance of AI safety and responsible developmentYou can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersYou're eager to learn and adapt as AI technology evolvesPortfolio of agent projects you can walk us throughProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.Bonus Points:You've worked with production ML/AI systemsYou're curious about cybersecurityYou have experience with data privacy considerationsMasters or advanced degree in related fieldYou've contributed to open-source AI projectsReady to build something meaningful? The base salary range for this position in Canada is $115,000 - $165,000 CAD per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
