Job Description Real estate law firm in Charleston, South Carolina seeking a Real Estate Closing attorney to join a well-established team. Candidate should be a member in good standing of the SC Bar, preferably have experience in closing real estate transactions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee residential and commercial real estate transactions in the office, including residential and commercial sales and refinancesReview titleWork with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers and sellers to facilitate real estate transactionsDraft and/or review loan documents including contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase and sale agreementsDeliver a professional and engaging experience to clients and address any lingering questions or concerns they may haveReview disbursement ledger and sign checksDevelop, cultivate and grow business relationships for the firmConduct training for potential clients in relevant areas of real estate lawREQUIREMENTSResidential real estate experience preferred - will train the right candidateMember of the South Carolina State Bar (in good standing)Excellent and prompt verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well with othersSelf-starter, capable of community involvement, and achieving resultsGrowth-minded, with a Residential focusStrong work ethic demonstrated in academics and work history
