Hampton, VAPOSITION SUMMARYThe 363rd ISRW currently has an opening for a Wing Tactics Program Mgr to work at Joint-Base Langley Eustis in Hampton, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to help the Air Combat Command Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Major Command. This position will work across programs for 3 active-duty Groups, comprising 26 Squadrons. The Wing Tactics PM will advise, assist, and execute work on behalf of the based on A3 guidance, in pursuit of continuous improvement through rigorous and ongoing critical analysis of all Wing operational processes. The Tactics Manager provides tactician expertise to wing-level efforts to modernize/optimize analysis, targeting, and SOF ISR capabilities to meet the requirements of Joint All-Domain Operations for current and future threats.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops concepts and methodologies for integrating Wing products and services, including advanced tactics analysis, targeting, and SOF ISR into Air Force and Joint warfighting and force employment concepts.Analyzes the effectiveness of the program and recommends changes in accordance with the needs of subordinate units.Advises and assists management and production of 16AF/CC-directed monthly Readiness & Training boards, maintains Lessons Learned program to include reports to HHQ & Joint PORs as required by DOD & AFI.Coordinates and provides updates in W&T library with most current doctrine.Provides inputs regarding Unit's W&T tasks as a functional organization.Reviews, provides inputs, and updates to W&T Confluence page.Responsible for coordinating Mission Improvement Program inputs, Tactic Improvement Proposals, and Tactics After Action Reports.Accountable for assigned projects (based on Wing needs); will represent the 363 ISRW/A33 section at AO-level meetings/telecoms and travel for Working Groups and other sites in support of the Wing's Tactics Program.Compiles and reviews feedback on the 363 ISRW Data Architecture efficiency.REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEMinimum 6 years experience, with a portion of duties performed in the last 2 years.Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have an associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor's degree.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMust possess a current DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance single-scope background investigation.
