Job Title: Controlled Access Program Security ManagerLocation: Hampton, Virginia (on-site)Compensation: $80,000 - $92,000Security Clearance: TS/SCI, CAP/SAP clearableResponsibilitiesReview, track, and monitor CAP/SAP security clearance processing activities with appropriate government personnel to achieve clearance actionsAssist in defining, interpreting, and implementing CAP/SAP program security policy within the WingProvide security policy interpretation concerning the CAP/SAP program Nomination ProcessReview and comment on CAP/SAP security operating instructions, security plans, guides, and various security-related correspondenceManage and administer CAP/SAP security awareness and education programsSupport Wing CAP/SAP program office in developing, executing, and implementing personnel security issuesCreate/process Program Access Requests (PARs) and forward for approvalConduct Defense Central Index of Investigations (DCII) reviews and Joint Personnel Access System (JPAS) reviewsProvide CAP/SAP classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondenceProcess CAP/SAP magnetic media for accountabilityMaintain CAP/SAP daily logs for administrative functions related to document controlConduct CAP/SAP entry and exit inspectionsAssist in maintaining CAP/SAP facility access control entry systems and visitor controlMaintain personnel CAP/SAP security filesEnforce Wing CAP/SAP Standard Operating ProceduresManage CAP/SAP security awareness and education programs, conduct and document trainingManage the organization's CAP/SAP OPSEC program, develop OPSEC Plans, and assess program effectivenessOversee CAP/SAP Physical and Technical Security programs using ICD 705 guidelinesManage CAP/SAP industrial Security Program, review DD-254s, and report resultsEvaluate, prepare, and review CAP/SAP facility accreditation packagesDevelop physical security operating procedures and inspection checklistsConduct CAP/SAP compliance inspections and prepare reportsImplement Top Secret Control for accountable materials and correspondenceProcess inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, and receiptsParticipate in security training programs and support Monthly Status ReportsAdminister Controlled Access and Special Access Programs supporting the 480th ISR WingRequirementsMinimum of 3 years providing security support in multi-level classified environments, including recent experience (within last three years) in CAP or SAP environmentsActive TS/SCI clearance and CAP/SAP eligibilityHigh School diploma or equivalentWorking-level knowledge of the Defense Security Service (DSS) clearance process and the intelligence community and CAP/SAP processesKnowledge of applicable security policy manuals, IC, DoD, SAP, AF, and related policy documentsBasic understanding of DoD Contract Security Classification Specification (DD-254)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to interpret and implement security policies and procedures accuratelySystem One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
