MRPC is looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Tech to join our team.ResponsibilitiesAs a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our production team, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are operating at peak performance. Your responsibilities will include:Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, extruders, and auxiliary equipmentTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsDiagnosing and repairing equipment failures quickly to minimize downtimeCollaborating with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performanceMaintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventoryAssisting in equipment installations and upgradesEnsuring compliance with safety standards and company policiesWhat We're Looking ForWe want someone who's hands-on, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
