Assist in diagnosing problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments on all systems, equipment, tools, or machines to ensure full operational status according to the manufacturer's specified instructions. Additionally, perform plumbing maintenance, carpentry functions, and maintain compressed air systems including running pipe and creating material feed headers. Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boiler systems.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production tools and machines.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make necessary adjustments on all systems according to manufacturer's instructions.Conduct plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.Maintain compressed air systems, including running pipe and creating material feed headers.Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boiler systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in maintenance technician skills.Electrical troubleshooting and repair.Mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics knowledge.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Preventive maintenance skills.Work EnvironmentWork in a climate-controlled environment with a shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with potential overtime opportunitiesJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Sussex, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
