Nursing Home Admissions Director

St. Anthony Park Home is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to manage admissions and census for our skilled nursing facility.This role oversees the referral-to-admit process and works closely with hospitals, families, referral sources, nursing, social services, and the business office to ensure smooth and appropriate admissions.Responsibilities: Manage admissions from referral through move-in Coordinate with hospitals, families, and referral sources Maintain and grow facility census Review clinical and financial appropriateness of admissions Collaborate with the interdisciplinary teamRequirements: Nursing home admissions experience required Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred Strong communication and organization skillsCompensation: $28–$35/hour, based on experience Full-time positionJoin a stable, well-run nursing home where admissions leadership is valued and supported.
