St. Anthony Park Home - St. Anthony Park Home is seeking an experienced Admissions Director to manage admissions and census for our skilled nursing facility.This role oversees the referral-to-admit process and works closely with hospitals, families, referral sources, nursing, social services, and the business office to ensure smooth and appropriate admissions.Responsibilities:• Manage admissions from referral through move-in• Coordinate with hospitals, families, and referral sources• Maintain and grow facility census• Review clinical and financial appropriateness of admissions• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary teamRequirements:• Nursing home admissions experience required• Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred• Strong communication and organization skillsCompensation:• $28–$35/hour, based on experience• Full-time positionJoin a stable, well-run nursing home where admissions leadership is valued and supported.
