*PriorityWorkforce is hiring!* *We are offering Part-time, weekly pay and temp-to-hire job opportunities!* We are a Meat company, hiring for Customer Service in the city of Commerce, CA! *Job title*: Customer Service *Job location: *Commerce, Ca *Schedule*: Monday to Friday * *1st shift*: 8:00am - 5:00pm *Pay rate*: $19.00 - $20.00 *Job Description:* * Represents the first point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products and scheduling, takes orders and cancels accounts. * Builds and maintains business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty. * Serves as liaison between customers and various departments. * Resolves customers request, questions and complaints and keeps records of customer interaction and transactions and action taken * Checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. * Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. * Administers telephone calls to new or existing customers to generate sales of new products. * Assists in order entry. * Assists at the will call window. * May, at times, contact customers to collect payments. * Processes orders, billing and invoices for products that will be delivered the next day. * Checks “Pinks” for orders that went out that day; when the person in charge is not in. * May have to do “posting” at times. * Obtains and examines all relevant information in order to assess validity of complaint and determines possible cause. * Conducts data entry into the system to be billed. * Compares disputed product with original requisition and information from invoices, and prepares invoices for returned goods. * Recommends improvements in service or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems. * Answers telephones and takes orders. * Transfers orders on to Sterling work orders from fax or phone. * Conducts price changes, and faxes them to customers. * Will at times set appointments for deliveries and pick-ups. * Receives all Sterling and other drivers – gathers invoices, c.o.d, cash and return product * This is the employee’s primary duties, other duties may be assigned. *All new hires must complete a PW Employment Application at www.priorityworkforce.com* Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Vision insurance Experience: * Customer Service: 1 year (Required) * Food manufacture: 1 year (Required) Language: * Must be bilingual; Spanish / English (Required) Work Location: In person
