DSP Software Engineer
Overview
In this role you will drive embedded software for Radar DSP within autonomous and ADAS initiatives, shaping next-gen automotive radars and sensor fusion features. You will work in Carmel, IN as part of a cross-functional, agile team delivering safety-critical software. You’ll develop low-level C/C++ code, perform testing and root-cause analysis, and participate in peer reviews to ensure high quality. This position offers relocation support and growth within Aptiv’s safety-focused mobility mission.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and integrate embedded software for Radar DSP across adjacent marketsDesign and implement new functionality and enhancements for radar and sensor fusion featuresWrite and run unit/integration tests, using debuggers, emulators, and simulatorsConduct root-cause analysis and outline corrective actionsParticipate in peer code reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teamsDemonstrate proficiency with configuration management, build processes, debuggers, emulators, simulators and logic analyzersWork in an agile software development environment
