Investor Services CoordinatorLocation: New York, NYCompensation: $75,000–$80,000 base + discretionary annual bonusWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Investor Services Coordinator to support a fast-paced Investor Services team responsible for managing investor communications, inbound requests, reporting portal support, and contact database maintenance.This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of email requests while ensuring timely, accurate follow-through.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor a dedicated investor services inbox, reviewing, routing, and tracking inbound email requests through completionMaintain and update a contact database of 10,000+ investor contacts, ensuring all changes follow internal compliance and documentation requirementsProvide user support for the investor reporting portal, including login assistance, website navigation, and new user accessPost investor communications to the reporting portal and send appropriate notificationsCollect, review, and maintain investor documentation and data for tax, compliance, and recordkeeping purposesPartner with internal teams to ensure investor requests are handled accurately, professionally, and in a timely mannerQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and dependabilityAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsComfortable working with employees and leadership across all levels of the organizationStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelExperience with Investran and/or Salesforce is a plusIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and client-service oriented, with the ability to stay organized while handling a high volume of investor-related requests.
