MSSQL Database Developer

Job title: MSSQL Database DeveloperLocation: Irving, TX – (Hybrid)Job Description:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.8+ years of hands-on experience as an MS SQL Server Database Administrator/Developer in enterprise environments.Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including database administration, T-SQL development, query optimization, indexing, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and database design.Expert-level proficiency in Python for data processing, ETL development, automation, and analytics using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.Extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.Hands-on experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense development, dashboard creation, and report maintenance. Experience migrating Qlik applications to Tableau is highly preferred.Strong experience designing and implementing ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) with exposure to modernizing legacy SSIS solutions using Python.Experience working with Apache Kafka as both Producer (Publisher) and Consumer (Reader) using Python.Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, data modelling, ETL pipelines, and data integration best practices.Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into scalable technical solutions.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
