Based in Texas, Choice Partners assists both local and national members with streamlined purchasing processes to meet their specific needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Contract Manager role based in Houston, TX. The Contract Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiating, managing, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing contract terms, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring contract deliverables meet established timelines. The Contract Manager ensures adherence to procurement standards and facilitates the efficient execution of contracts to support organizational goals. Qualifications Proficiency in Contract Drafting, Negotiation, and ManagementStrong knowledge of Procurement Processes and Legal Compliance in contractingAttention to detail, Organizational Skills, and Record-Keeping abilitiesStrong Communication, Analytical Thinking, and Problem-Solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external stakeholdersProficiency in relevant software tools and contract management systemsExperience in governmental or educational procurement processes preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Law, Public Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPPO, CPPB) is a plus
