Junior Acoustics Consultant

SUMMARYTrinity is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Associate to support our Acoustics Studio. In this role, you will report directly to a Studio Head and play a key part in successfully executing project deliverables across various acoustical consulting projects.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Observe and seek mentoring from senior staff to build technical and client service acumenLearn company protocol and policiesRegularly attain established billing goalsGather project information and photos for marketingMaintain Deltek Vision data daily to log opportunity progress, client and project informationBecome proficient in AutoCADPerform site surveys and assemble follow up reports under direction of senior personnelLearn calculation techniques and assist with calculationLearn and assist with computer modelsBecome familiar with the Quality Control Manual and other company technical and professional standardsMaintain electronic files of project data and cut-sheets.Maintain current manufacturer catalogs and industry standardProvide daily input to Deltek Vision CRM, resource planning, timesheets, and expensesIdentify areas and goals of professional growth each yearCreate, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadershipREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:Ability to effectively communicate information in everydayAbility to listen to clients.Excellent communicationEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor of Science in Acoustics, Engineering, or related field0-1 year of experience in Acoustics, Engineering, or related fieldPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical requirements listed below represent the minimum standards that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this role successfully.
