Staff Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Staff Engineer to join our growing materials testing laboratory team. This role is ideal for an entry-level to early-career engineer who is eager to build hands-on experience in construction materials testing, quality control, and both field and laboratory operations.About the RoleAs a Staff Engineer, you will support a variety of projects involving the testing and evaluation of construction materials. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and gain valuable exposure to real-world engineering applications, data analysis, and quality assurance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing laboratory and field testing of construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphaltPerform and support data analysis and interpretation of test resultsPrepare clear, accurate, and timely technical reportsSupport senior engineers with project execution and quality assurance activitiesEnsure compliance with industry standards and company proceduresCollaborate with team members across field and lab operationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related disciplineActive Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification requiredStrong technical foundation and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and eager to develop their engineering career.
