Product Operations Associate

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to support day-to-day after-sales operations in a dynamic environment. This onsite role in Piscataway, NJ works closely with internal teams to ensure seamless repair processes, strong organization, and high-quality standards across all products and client service activities.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport daily after sales operations, including product inspection, repair coordination, and quality controlTrack and manage inventory flow in and out of the repair processReview repairs to ensure quality standards are met and escalate issues as neededCoordinate repair shipments and support logistics processesComplete administrative tasks, including system updates, documentation, and reportingIdentify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiencyJob Qualifications1+ years of experience in operations, retail, or client service environmentsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic settingStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working with systems and Microsoft OfficeProactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindsetBachelor’s degree preferredSalary: $35/hr + bonusThe description above is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
