Process Manager ProductionPrimary DutiesAccountability for compliance with and enforcement of all corporate and regulatory HSEP standards and proceduresImplements and adheres to the Quality SystemExecutes production schedules as defined by Production PlanningAccountable for operational budgetEnsures compliance with labor agreement. Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Human Resource Manager for actionProvides information and feedback to the Order Management and Supply Chain processesReviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delaysInspects machines and equipment to ensure specific operational performance and optimum utilizationDevelops or revises standard operational and working practices and observes workers to ensure compliance with standardsResponsible for reporting production and quality data accurately and timelyApproves time and attendance for all direct reportsKnowledge, Skills, Experience, requiredAbility to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization in an open, clear and consistent manner; invites response/dissentAbility to leverage the talent and unique contributions of every individual to increase effectiveness of the manufacturing facilityActively supports teamwork and information sharing across all business linesKnowledge of corporate policies, procedures, local laws and regulationsKnowledge of manufacturing processesQualificationsPreferred: Engineering degreeWorking ConditionsWork in variety of environments - laboratories, plant, and office.
